Every route tells a different story. \n​The artwork for the first run will be revealed soon 💫 \n​What to expect \n​• A relaxed community run (all paces welcome)\n• Hosted by Claud from foroutdoorpeople\n• A unique route inspired by contemporary art\n• Good people\, good conversations and a shared experience \n​Meet your host \n​Claud is a performance marketer based in Berlin\, and a climber\, runner and yoga teacher who spends every weekend trying to get back outside. \n​A few years ago she started foroutdoorpeople\, a collective for people who work normal jobs and refuse to give up on movement. From physio and climbing coaching to nutrition and yoga\, everything is built by specialists who genuinely live the outdoor life. \n​This run is the first time we’re bringing that community together offline in Berlin. No pace requirements. No competitive energy. SUMMARY:EDEN CINEMA – A Festival for Iris ter Schiphorst
DESCRIPTION:A festival celebrating the music and artistic vision of Iris ter Schiphorst \nAlways deeply connected to her audience\, Iris ter Schiphorst combines political awareness with poetic force\, sensual sound worlds and radical formal experimentation. After classical piano training\, she left the traditional path at an early age\, playing electric bass in punk\, New Wave and funk bands. Through her own writing\, and inspired by encounters with figures such as Dieter Schnebel and Luigi Nono\, she found her way into contemporary music. \nIn 2026\, the Zafraan Ensemble celebrates her multifaceted artistic vision with EDEN CINEMA\, a festival presenting a representative cross-section of her instrumental music. \nAcross three concerts\, a multimedia-poetic portrait accompanied by a new publication and recordings\, artist talks\, discussions and silent films for which Iris ter Schiphorst composed the music\, the festival opens up the many different worlds of her work. \nA particular highlight is the performance of HYPER-DUB\, featuring Dirk von Lowtzow\, frontman of the band Tocotronic\, performing his text together with the ensemble.
